Acceptance of terms.
By accessing or using the FlowNova Solutions website (flownovasolutions.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and FlowNova Solutions ("FlowNova," "we," "us," or "our"), a consulting studio based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
What we do.
FlowNova Solutions provides consulting services in process improvement, workflow automation, app & experience design, and applied AI — primarily within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Discovery calls and process clarity sessions
- Process mapping and future-state design workshops
- Workflow automation architecture and implementation
- Custom Power Apps development and experience design
- Applied AI and Copilot Studio integrations
- Ongoing support and retainer engagements
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon before engagement begins.
How we work together.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. Our typical process includes:
- Discovery Call (Free): An introductory conversation to understand your needs, challenges, and goals
- Proposal & Scope: A written proposal outlining the recommended approach, deliverables, timeline, and investment
- Mutual Agreement: Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope, terms, and pricing in writing
- Collaborative Delivery: We work alongside your team with regular check-ins, updates, and transparency throughout the engagement
We believe great outcomes start with alignment. If at any point during the engagement either party feels the scope needs to shift, we'll address it openly and adjust accordingly.
Investment & payment terms.
Pricing for our services is outlined during the proposal phase and agreed upon before work begins. Key payment terms include:
- Payment schedules, methods, and milestones are defined in each project proposal or statement of work
- A deposit may be required before project work begins, as specified in the proposal
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically net 15 or net 30)
- Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the balance is resolved
- Retainer engagements are billed on a recurring monthly basis as outlined in the retainer agreement
We're transparent about pricing and will never surprise you with hidden fees. If project scope changes, we'll discuss the impact on investment before proceeding.
Intellectual property.
Client Work Product
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement — including apps, automations, workflows, and documentation — are owned by you, the client. You receive full rights to use, modify, and build upon these deliverables within your organization.
FlowNova Property
FlowNova retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, methodologies, tools, and general knowledge used across engagements. These may be leveraged in your project but remain the intellectual property of FlowNova Solutions.
Website Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of FlowNova Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Your information stays safe.
We take confidentiality seriously. Any proprietary information, business processes, or sensitive data shared during an engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent.
If either party requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we're happy to execute one before the engagement begins.
Limitation of liability.
FlowNova Solutions provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of any engagement. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable work, we cannot guarantee specific business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowNova Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.
Ending an engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to the following:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination
- Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement
- FlowNova reserves the right to terminate an engagement if payment terms are not met or if the working relationship becomes untenable

Using our website.
By using flownovasolutions.com, you agree to:
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems
- Not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce website content
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion if we believe these terms are being violated.
Governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For active client engagements, material changes to terms will be communicated directly and will not retroactively affect existing agreements.
