FlowNova was founded by Shelby Williams — a systems thinker with a background in automation, experience design, and a deep passion for process improvement. After seeing too many teams weighed down by tools that created more friction than flow, Shelby set out to build something different.
Shelby's work lives at the architecture level — designing Dataverse schemas that scale, building Power Automate flows with custom API and Microsoft Graph integrations, and structuring security role models that balance access with governance. From Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps to full environment strategy, every solution is built to hold up in production, not just in a demo.
